Join us for an evening of insightful conversation at Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services—HCS (Keene) on Tuesday, April 9th, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. ☕🍰
What is a Death Cafe?
It is an event where people gather to eat cake, drink tea/coffee, and talk about death. Our aim is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives.
Connect: Forge meaningful connections with others who share your curiosity.
Reflect: Engage in thought-provoking discussions that can lead to personal growth.
Normalize: Help break down the stigma around talking openly about mortality and end-of-life.
Celebrate Life: Embrace the idea that discussing death can enhance our appreciation for life.
There is no charge to attend, but registration is required to ensure seating.
Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services (HCS) is the sponsor and host of this event at their Keene office. Refreshments will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own beverages/snacks.
Please note that Death Cafes are not grief support groups. Some of the topics may be triggering to those who have recently experienced the loss of a loved one. However, grief is always a possible and welcome topic.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
